Review of Fairy Tail

This is one of the worst shonens ever. Fairy Tail's story is basically a shitty slice of life anime, as it has no real focus until 200 episodes in where people claim that the main villain has finally arrived. The pacing is quick and the fights are long, making it seem as if that's all the show wants. Pointless fighting in useless archetypes that never progress the story. Such as the part where "everyone is a demon archetype", and not only that but the morals are very redundant. This whole show is redundant, there are always a team of bad guys, Fairy Tail members split upto face them, they win, members come together to face the main villain, and shitty 1-sided battle with main villain of arc before moving onto another archetype. Not only that, but there are fanservice every 3 seconds to ruin pacing.

The characters are the epitome of bullshit. There are tons of forced drama, such as Lucy's family. To add onto it, the characters seem to develop during battle before retracting to how they were before the battle. There are loads of characters added in and all the villains are 1-dimensional villains given no time. Where are the characterizations for the character? Only Natsu is given them. If it takes like 30 episodes before characterization, maybe the characters aren't good.

Everything else is decent such as the music and artstyle.

Should you watch Fairy Tail? It should be apparent at what I'm going to say. No!
