Review of Ghost Hunt

Ghost Hunt i started the anime because of my twisted interest in japanese horror. Furthermore i had the intention of probably dropping the anime since most horror animes are not that appealing once you actually watch them. But ghost hunt was surprisingly good. The art is that of any other anime you would see. The opening and ending songs suck lol i wouldnt even conciser them songs but whatever its the anime that matters right? The anime is made up of about 6-8 different stories. The main characters are hired to deal with hauntings, to either explain the haunting or get rid of it. The storiesare original, scary and interesting. I personally loved how they managed to squeeze romance in even during the bloody scares.
Unfortunately the character depth isnt so great, they vaugly explain the characters past and such but they leave you with many questions at the end. Basically they tell you just what you need. But if you interested in deeper character development i hear you can check out the manga.

Overall i loved the anime the stories are great. ( Especially the last one. Fricken scary lol ) I highly recommend it. I also recommend not watching it alone too late at night. Some storied are mellow and creepy while other may scar you haha.
