Review of Sword Art Online

Kirito, the protagonist, with his flurry of bladework. Here you see a main character who's clearly better than pretty much everyone else out there in combat. A burgeoning and blossoming relationship between a guy and girl. The character relationships are what makes this anime strong -- between Kirito and his sister, Kirito and Asuna, Kirito and the girl who helps him in the fairy arc -- okay, so between Kirito and those he befriends and cherishes. But to be perfectly honest, I could live my life without having seen these 25 episodes. It's not a must-see, in my opinion, and the second season is apparentlyworse. Kirito is certainly a noble character, but Fairy Tail is definitely a better anime by A-1 Pictures.
