Review of Shiki

I really liked Shiki, the concept was great, but toward the end, it started to flake off until it completely dropped specific plot points, leaving a lot of holes and unanswered questions. I'm not entirely sure what happened to everyone in the end and I felt like that was something that was important. A bad ending can ruin an entire show and I think that kind of happened here, for me at least. I don't want to give anything away, obviously, but certain characters never had their endings or what they were doing explained, and some of them were very important, so that really hurtthe show for me. My favorite character's ultimate fate and that of a few other key players were never explained. It's upsetting not knowing what happened to them or why.

It was still good throughout, it just left more holes and questions than it filled or answered. Still worth watching though, very interesting storyline.
