Another recap entry for this franchize, it aired one month before Seikai no Senki III which tells me that it was simply made to remind the fans and hype them for the new anime. It covers the entire SnS II, as in the events on planet Lobnas II, in 92 minutes. It's the same issue like with the first recap, fast pace, no flow in scenes, weird cuts, it was like I was watching a bullet list of important scenes in anime form. There are some new scenes at the end of the special but nothing major, not even worth mentioning. Unfortunately I can't recommend this to peoplewho didn't watch any SnS anime, you can't grasp all the lore from 5-6 lines of exposition at the beginning and this arc was heavy on the specific in-universe politics, you can enjoy it only if you know about it firsthand. And I also don't think people will enjoy this if they watched only the previous recaps.

Its merits would be seeing some hot girls in skimpy clothes (not that many shots but it's worth it) and lots of shooting and explosions, I don't even recommend it to fans but hey, it has Lafiel, Ekurya, Spoor and Lala Shangal, so if you have one and a half hours to spare, why not watch it?
