What to say..Giglio is not your typical yaoi manga..it's like it takes yaoi to a different level. I'm personally not a fan of hard yaoi myself, but this story is nothing like I've ever read, and I really liked it. Art: The art is perfect. The mangaka is very detailed and the drawings are very realistic, it's as if you could feel the characters alive..pretty impressing in my opinion. It's even historically accurate...as in the uniforms they wore and the surroundings, everything has a realistic feel to it. Another plus, is that no character can be confused for a girl..no girly uke here. Characters and Story: The two maincharacters are quite unique. They are both disturbed men, each with his own demons. The soldier carries the burden of what he has done and seen in war, while the priest is disturbed by what was impossed to him by church, trying to control his lust and suffering for that.

It could be summarized by this line from the manga:
"A man's insanity always turns against its fellow man in the end and when that happens, that man will trample us with an immorality unequaled by any demon."

The story is not explained so well, so you NEED to pay attention to it. Don't rush it just because it's a short story..there's really a lot to it.

Overall, I'd say it's quite a unique manga that can be enjoyed by all yaoi lovers, whether you like hard yaoi or not.
