This manga could literally only be good if the childhood friend character wins in the end. That's why my preliminary is so high. Otherwise it's just mediocre. In fact, if the chldhood friend loses then it's sort of boring because there's like a dozen other manga which have the pretty much the same characters. The art is meh. The melodrama is meh. Yuu-kun is a likeable character but his love for flowers seems a bit compartmentalized. Himari is cute but not absurdly cute. The only thing which really sets this manga apart is that there's no indication whatsoever that the MMC actually has feelings forthe proposed love interest. Instead, it would appear that he has more pronounced feelings for the childhood friend, which might make this an interesting drama. If nothing else, the suspense makes this actually sort of interesting.
