You and I Are Polar Opposites · review
You and I Are Polar Opposites is incredibly laid back and refreshing. Both protagonists are not the perfect savior of the relationship to the other. They are two teenagers just figuring out how to navigating how to be in a relationship with someone outside of themselves. Are they the most in depth characters filled with nuance and backstory? Hell no. But they do not need to be, the characters work with the established tone very well. The main characters are very likeable as well as the side characters. which surprised me 7 chapters in. But that goes to show the very well administered characterization through notonly the personality but the range from sweet and subtle to bold and bubbly art.
There is no outright story structure, which is not a bad thing, though there is a narrative start and progression. So it can be both serialized and seem episodic. A best of both worlds approach in my opinion.
Give it a shot folks, I have really enjoyed this reading so far!
