Do you want to read something cute, adorable and wholesome, with great art on top of that? Well, here it is. I fully admit that I judged this as PWP when I first saw the cover, but was pleasantly surprised to discover that it's a funny and heartwarming story. There is some conflict, as expected considering the premise, but it's resolved quickly and in a satisfying manner. But what I liked most is that there aren't any misunderstandings or love rivals! It feels like a lot of BL manga introduce competition when they struggle with the (lack of) plot, but this manga foregoes that in favorof developing Alkeros and Kotaro's relationship instead of resigning them to the tired old "two gay guys who have sex and that's it" character model.

The only downside I could see to this is the fact that most of the story is shown only through Alkeros's eyes, and as a consequence Kotaro's past isn't explored too much. At the same time, this is a fairly short manga, so more backstory would've taken away from cute couple moments, so it's not that big of a problem; what we do get is enough to keep Kotaro from being just a reason for the plot to happen.

All in all, I recommend this if you're looking for a wholesome story with great art.
