Surprised nobody’s reviewed this series yet. I’ve been doing a re-watch of That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime lately to prepare not only for season 4, but also the second movie, and I came across this that I didn’t even know existed yet. Think I just answered my own question, I’m clearly not alone. Well that and there’s not a ton to say about it, but I’m gonna give it a shot anyways. This is a comedic crossover between Slime Isekai and Yohane the Parhelion: Sunshine in the Mirror. I did see that anime a few years agoand didn’t think it was very good. But I think the characters of that series are fine here. All of the characters are cute, there’s decent humor, and the events are basically just the two teams competing in random games or competitions. It’s also short too, it’s only 2 episodes, where episode 1 is 8 minutes and episode 2 is 10 minutes, so it’s only slightly longer than a normal anime episode. And unfortunately it’s probably the closest we’ll ever get to Rimuru and his companions being included in a season of Isekai Quartet because Kodansha owns Slime but Kadokawa owns the Isekai Quartet series’.
