Review of Sasaki and Miyano

I read the manga before watching the anime, and I can say that I prefer the pacing of the anime, it moves a bit faster and the pacing feels better. I have no complaints on the story, their love evolves naturally and at a good rhythm, a bit too shojo like for my liking, but it's a good "please cleanse my rotten soul" kind of story. What I didn't like was that it's pretty obvious this season had a low budget. The animation was for the most part pretty mediocre, at least the most meaningful scenes where animated nicely, but around 70-80% of the anime looksrather shabby. I guess for most people this is not important unless it looks like complete crap like Ex-Arm, but if you are someone that likes good animation, that's something you won't find for more than a couple of minutes in the whole season.

Overall, this is a cute and calm love story to forget about how horrible the world really is (ノ°∀°)ノ⌒･*:.｡. .｡.:*･゜ﾟ･*☆･*:.｡. .｡.:*･
