tl;dr You will enjoy this if you are a Strawberry Prince fan, but there is no reason to watch this if you aren't. Viewing this purely from a movie perspective, it isn't good. The plot, characters, and writing range from mediocre to bad. But to leave it at that would be to miss the point. The point isn't to be a good movie, the point is to be Strawberry Prince fanservice. This movie is basically 80 minutes of the Strawberry Prince members acting silly, along with plenty of references to the group's various in-jokes, as well as cameos from Rinu's and Jel's original characters and theother STPR Records artists. I'm a huge Strawberry Prince fan and I had a big goofy smile on my face the whole time. But if you don't know or care about these in-jokes and cameos, then this movie has very little to offer for you.

I will say that I was pretty disappointed at how little singing there was. I think there are only four songs in the whole movie, and three of them are cut off halfway through. The only full song is the one over the ending credits.
