I rate anything based on how entertaining it was, first and foremost, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Is it complex, deep, thought-provoking, and/or poignant? Not really, no. Did it need to be? Not necessarily. It was funny, had some excellent waifu deisigns, and passed the time during meals. It doesn't seem like this was ever meant to be the next big thing, but aren't there always shows like this? I've dropped plenty of shows for being generic slop, so I don't blame you if you don't like it, but some reviews just seemed a bit harsh. Turn your brain off, have a laugh.
