This anime was much better than I was expecting. It starts off sort of generic, with an apocalyptic war scenario. But the animation was really unique, even though I’m not a fan of the style in other works. The story eventually pulled me in, it definitely has an Ai / Antichrist type of situation, big robot evil world savior guy, was used to “educate” mean bad humans. And now there are robots everywhere patrolling and wiping out humans. Black Rock Shooter and her squad of cuties (from other BRS works/merch) come in to help the humans. I probably enjoyed it more than most people becauseI’m a sucker for symbolism. And there’s a really cool call back to the orgin of BRS at the very end of the last episode. It melted my heart.
