WARNING MINOR SPOILERS AHEAD!!!! Yes, this anime is bad but hold up, it isn't a 1 You know, these kinds of animes tends to have a tight budget because it is not a proper anime, you can even call this a commercial, now I've seen commercial animes with a score around 6-7, one of the best commercial anime I've seen is "One Off", it advertises the Honda brand. Japan uses anime to promote various things such as products, service, awareness, proper rules, and even use it as an education medium, in this casethey advertise a city, I watched some city/prefecture commercial animes in the past (Toyama Kankou Anime Project, Itsuka Aeru Kimi ni etc.) so I'm familiar with this kind of animes and to be honest, unlike the other anime like this (adverts anime), this one has a story (though not really good), because most of the animes like this tends to focus on the magnificent views or delicacy to promote the city, which lacks a real story, you just watch some characters roam around that said city that it advertise, at least here there's a little story, it's about how will they save their club & a childhood friends reconciliation, If you know what to expect, you'll just laugh at the ridiculousness of the show.
