There are serious issues with Okama Report. Its exterior is kind of generic and predictable. The jokes aren't really all that funny. The art isn't particularly good or interesting. What's good about Okama Report is the protagonist and the themes the manga explores. I can easily see someone being frustrated or bored with the cliche back and forth of misunderstanding, slapstick, and repeated jokes, but really, this manga does something special. The ups and downs of the protagonists psyche and outlook and the overall progression is really something. For what I would call a lazy comedy manga there's a lot of depth to its main cast. I'dsuggest you try it out.
