I mean... it's not bad... but it's not good either. First of all, no, this is not yuri/GL just plain "more than friends but less than lovers" kind of relationship. This manga is just cute girls doing cute things, nothing more, there is no story behind it, its just a slice of life of two girls sharing an apartment who has completely different personalities, you have the young responsible adult who has a stable job and behaves more like a mother than a friend(Shikkari) and the old lazy unreliable adult who works as an artist, hate working, hate doing shores, is veeery spoiled and behaves morelike a kid than an adult(Fuantei). There is a couple more characters like the neighbors but they just appear like 3 times so they are really irrelevant to the story, they're just to have a different dynamic on some episodes so the story doesnt feel repetitive even when it definitely is.

The story follows a simple loop, Fuantei has to do something, she doesnt want to, she doesnt do it, Shikkari scold her about it, Fuantei does it. The only variation is if Fuantei has to do shores, Shikkari ends up doing it because Fuantei can't and that's all the episodes are like.

There is nothing more, honestly for me got a little too repetitive but since its a short story it didnt get to the point of getting tired of it. If youre interested in a cute, slice of life with just a simple story that ends up in nothing you will like this.
