Scissor Seven: Shadow Fate · review
The fourth season of Scissor Seven: Shadow Fate had some incredible standout moments that unfortunately did not flow together as smoothly. Because of its story structure, the focus often shifted between simultaneous ongoing events, which led to the context ending abruptly and resuming much later, and sometimes adding disjointed previews depicting scenes that were not relevant yet. Even still, this entry has some of the best standout episodes thus far, with the animation being of similar quality to the previous finale. The transition to more serious storytelling surrounding the supporting cast was also well done. More runtime would have heavily benefited and elevated this addition.
