I really loved this anime and was going to give it a 9/10 if the ending was good. It was funny, and the story is unique, but... Man, that rape scene really f***ed things up. It was so unnecessary and too f***ed up. One of the things that I liked about the show was the comedy of Maru trying to physically get close to Kiruko, but that is not possible now, because it will be too messed up and unfunny now that she has been raped. I don't know... but I just finished binge-watching the anime, and I feel horrible because of that rape scene.
