Gamaran Shura flashes forward with the overall story of the the Gamaran universe, telling the story from Iori's point of view. Like its predecessor, Shura, shows a vast array of weapons and different fighting styles. also similar to its predecessor it believes in a clash of philosophies that truly set the tone of the story near the middle and end parts. What sets it apart is the authors ability to put the story above the characters, such as ditching them for the sake of progressing the narrative. While not without its flaws it is certainly worth a read. The sense of excitement witheach new battles is very much deserved and the use of Nakama power a in this series, has its own unique spin do to the nature of comradery in both Shura and Gamaran.
