(Reviewed at Chapter 61) While there's not much difference between the anime and the manga, the manga definitely gets across the "This person has a ridiculous amount of knowledge and can think in graphs" style that the character really needs to sell the Pharmacist fantasy Story and character wise it's really good, character motivations are solid and there's very little "win button" resolution to things when it comes to treatment. It leans hard on the idea of the best treatments taking time and not being a miracle cure all, which I definitely like, makes it feel far more grounded. If I had a complaint it'd be thetimeframe bends the bounds of reason, lot of "we constructed this thing that'd take years irl in a few weeks" all over the place, and it sorta breaks the fantasy a bit. But at the same time with how slow paced the timeframe is I get not wanting to do big timeskips of months or years to wait for constructions to finish.
