I have seen 600 separate entries on this site and I can confidently say that this is one of the most beautifully animated things I have ever seen. The amount of detail in shots that appear for merely seconds, is unreal. 2011 definitely has its strengths but holy shid… This is one of the last completely hand drawn series and it shows. Greed island ova series is good but the change to digital is quite noticeable because of just how good this 99 version looks. I’d recommend watching both versions at some point but this has such a feel to it and it is immaculate.
