Absolute Regression · review
Speech 100 the MC, I was expecting something so much edgier but I got a honey bun instead. I love how conflicts are resolved and how relationships are built in this, Every moment somebody speaks you learn more about who they are and most dialogue is not meaningless, I am throughly excited to read the rest of this to see how things are going unfold. the MC is not as op as one would expect from a cultivation/regression manwha there is a reason why I called him Speech 100. This is a must read in the cultivation genre. The characters especially the side are all uniqueand well thought out, no one "glazes" the MC and he(the MC) faces very real threats. They have these epiphanies about what's unfolding around them, dealing with themes of corruption and considering the idea that the fall of the demonic cult outlined in the synopsis and 1st chapter may be more than just some God-level rampager destroying it. The only thing I do feel like is not great is that the MC does scheme a lot , so sometimes it is hard to discern what his real intentions are albeit that is pretty subjective. The story itself may not seem very unique but the way it progresses definitely is.
