Junji Ito once again makes a somewhat horror masterpiece about a girl who went to the mountains and met the village people with 2 or 3 golden strands of hair that gave them knowledge thanks to Father Miguel. However, the mountain erupted and only the "girl" survived now with golden hair running away as possible. That's where the no name writer or reporter appears wanting to talk with her but their journeys are being followed by the dark haired mystic who wants the mc hair due to the vast knowledge of the universe... It's pretty disturbing from time to time and I can say thatthe ending is a little bit similar to Hell Star Remina. Maybe a ray of hope to defeat darkness. I love how Junji Ito expressed that these characters he created are doing the story and not him.
