I honestly didn't expect much coming into this, but after finishing it, my god. It was simply beautiful. I've read only a few other romance manga, but this had such a powerful story that I adored reading, and had great themes of love, how far you're willing to go for it, and how you spend your limited time with your loved ones. Shizuku and Kaori's relationship is perfectly crafted for this story, and the inevitability of it elevates the story and themes even more. Their flaws both being accepted by one another, bringing them closer together is a sight to behold. An incredibly sad, yetmagnificent story.
