Beast Tamer · review
MC gets to go on adventures with a variety of powerful kemonomimi girls. If this doesn't seem like something to enjoy then it is best to walk away from this, but for those that stay then the story isn't that bad overall. Story Despite being kicked out of the hero's party Rein(MC) quickly recovers and decides to become and adventurer to help pay for his needs and start over. Through these series events he ends up helping/saving a cat girl and thus begins a rather eventful life. This kind of plot is definitely nothing really new, but the story itself doesn't really slow down verymuch at all and that is probably why it feels easy/fun to read despite how genuinely overpowered all the characters are. The author does seem to have a habit of using tactical strategies over simply just brute-forcing things which is a nice touch.
Characters
All the girls are labeled as "supreme beings" or something along the lines of that. They are simply overpowered and it definitely shows with their actions.
The villains are somewhat lacking and considering the power of MC and co. they likely don't stand much of a chance either.
Art
Likely one of the manga's stronger points. The characters and actions are drawn well.
Personal Thoughts
I started out pretty skeptical because the story began with a very generic cliche start but the characters were interesting enough that I kept going. Turns out it's not bad. It's nothing amazing or anything but it was enjoyable to read.
