I'd have to say that when I first saw my friend watching this anime, in one of the scenes, it caught my eye. So what did I do? Obviously watch it. Story: This is not your typical straight-down-the-line storytelling anime you'll see. You're not supposed to understand anything / what's going on, except for what's told in the first episode. It's literally laid out for you in the first moments of the anime, and that's all you get to glimpse for what's going to happen, which is really nice. I like being in the dark sometimes, and this was a relief from trying to watch TheIrregular at Magic HS, which I felt compelled you to already fully understand the premise and plot.

Art: It seems cheesy and old, but I like the style, and the quality went into it. It utilizes the elements of a typical shounen anime with some comedy mixed in to great potential. Especially the ED animation; wacky and fun!

Sound: I'd have to say what with the big explosions to subtle, iconic whistling in the series are well done. Its switching between being loud and being subtle is very well done. I had to repeat that didn't I?

Character: Don't bother trying to remember all of their abilities, except that they're super humans who can pull ONLY CERTAIN MOVES out of their asses, which I find pretty hilarious and exciting most of the time. Almost a bit like Naruto when it comes to the moves, except there's no building up for their skills and whatnot, just straight up action.

Enjoyment/Overall: It's a great anime that will throw you off your rocker several times. I'm not kidding.
