There is Studio Deen and Ufotable Studio Deen tried to make Fate/Stay night: Unlimited blade works, however, they failed that adaption so saves you the trouble and watch Ufotable's adaptation instead. To start after watching Fate/Zero I watched this the best choice I ever did. The rich story as always amazing character development from the start the animations with the mix of CJI's is done right! Overall I enjoyed it and this route by Ufotable is one of my favorites. This route plays a much longer role to Deen's adaptation since Deen only released a movie and this is a series!
