Review of Mob Psycho 100 II

Mob Psycho has a tendency to redeem itself right at the very end. As season 2 was slowly wrapping up I was sure that I would award Mob Psycho with another 8/10—that is, unless something came along that would give it the proper nudge. If I could grade Mob Psycho in decimal form it would probably be closer to an 8.5/10 and the previous season would be closer to a 7.5/10. In the end, I binged all of season 2 in one day, which means that I must've really enjoyed myself. I definitely laughed more in this season than the previous, but if I wasto nitpick I'd say that I felt like the show may have taken itself a little bit too serious at times. Establishing a nice balance between goofing off and being serious seems to be a very difficult thing to do. Demon Slayer, for example, has a nice balance between comedy and seriousness, and that's why it's a solid 10 for me.
