Alright, so a lot of you might think that a 10/10 is an overstatement, and I agree, most of the time it is an overstatement. But Dororo was something different. The buildup of the entire story and characters were very well done which made it so good. Dororo is definitely worth the watch. Spoiler Warning Story - 10 The story is very unique and interesting. I really like the buildup of a child having everything taken away from them, and then having to fight for things in their own right. Art & Sound - 10 The artstyle of this anime is different. It has a very mellow and oldish color palettewhich really makes it feel like the story is taking place in ancient times. As for the sound, it was definitely above average and definitely brought out the emotions in the story. The opening and ending songs were incredible as well.

Character - 10
The character development for Hyakkimaru was what stood out the most in the anime. The struggle and perseverance he faced was depicted very well and really shaped the story. The other characters all had distinct and consistent characteristics which added on to the story well.

Overall/Enjoyment - 10
To conclude, Dororo is an incredible anime and you should definitely give it a watch. My favorite parts were the character development for Hyakkimaru and also the main idea of a child being abandoned with nothing left having to fight and gain everything back.
