Review of A Lull in the Sea

Your mileage will vary with this one, I have a bit of a love/hate relationship with certain elements. My enjoyment of it looked a bit like a bell curve, peaking in the middle, however, I think this is something that will depend on the viewer to a large extent. The art in this series is absolutely beautiful and so is the sound design, the way the voices move in the water is particularly engaging. Lets not forget the music either, its one of the best parts of the whole series! The characters are wonderful and their development is believable and memorable. This really is agreat series that I can't quite compare to anything else, I would highly recommend it. I would also recommend building expectations of it based on the show itself and not what you read. I feel that this show will resonate with people very differently even though most will still love it.
