Animation: Median. Works of this style are not very demanding in animation. Some episodes have more lively cuts in the part of expressions and gesticulations of the protagonist, but in contrast, has a few crooked episodes with design of the characters diforme, and proportions of the body a little strange. The design is more detailed than the first season, at least. Note 6/10 Direction: Good. Was the director of the first season better? Yes for sure. But this one is not bad, he gets the emotions of the scenes well (especially in the final stretch), uses soundtrack well, etc. He does the basics well. Note 7/10.Script:
I did not play VN, so I'm not going to discuss the changes that the anime made (even because I do not even know what they were).
But considering the script of the anime, I would say it's good.
The quieter parts that look like a Slice Of Life anime are sure to be uncomfortable for anyone expecting something, tension, at least at the level of the first season (type I), but in matters of script, there is nothing wrong. It is consistent, and it has some nice balconies (like the final stretch connecting to a certain scene at the end of the first season, the episode of music that nobody knew where it came from was cool too).
Note 7/10.

Soundtrack:
Very Good. It is very similar to that of the first season (even because it has the same composer involved), which is a very good soundtrack, striking, functional, with some legal literary tracks.
Note 8/10.

Entertainment:
Medium. The script's quietest footprint, which does not have many striking and tense events compared to the first season, causes a certain sense of disappointment.
And it also affects the Cliffhangers of the anime, since it did not have many situations where it could generate a Cliffhanger.
(Compared to the first season, he did it straight, and did very well).
The more "slice of life" episodes were also not very good at entertaining.
Only in the final stretch even of a higher elevation in entertainment (most of this merit is of history)
Note 6/10.

Conclusion:
Many must think that the first season was better, especially in the tension (I even).
But the anime itself was not bad, the direction although basic, did its job well, the script, although it is not so busy, is consistent and has some nice balconies and the soundtrack keeps very good.
I recommend this season to anyone who liked Steins Gate, but it's good to make it clear that he does not have the tension and moviementation of the first season.
Final Note 7/10.
