Review of The Rising of the Shield Hero

This will be my first ever review so please bear with me if possible. I'm not a great fan of the isekai genre but oh boy!!! where can I start to describe this wonderful show. Starting off The rising of the shield hero is not your everyday isekai. This show made me fall in love with it . Story - 8/10 A really cool concept to start the show and the first few eps had me glued to the screen. The way the protagonist is given various reasons to stay and endure is really carrying the show. It has a great world-building compared to other the worksof it's genre. As engaging it is , this show has it's own share of plot holes. There are a few moments in the first few eps that made me rethink my decision to watch this how and drop it , but I'm glad I finished this work of art and have no regrets.

Art- 8/10
The art was really good and didn't lack anywhere except a few scenes . The CGI was great.

Sound - 10/10
The ops and endings were fabulous. The ost for each scene is a blessing and especially the lead characters theme.

Characters- 10/10
The characters in this show have been beautifully written and just fell in love with the lead characters . Yes, I get it there were a few annoying moments in the show and the way the side characters/antagonists are written (personally felt the same way) which many feel were unnecessary and had become quite the controversial talk . But this was very necessary for the plot and character development.

I personally enjoyed and loved this show. If your searching for a good story in the isekai genre GO FOR IT!! without any thoughts. Looking forward to season 2!!!!
