Emma: A Victorian Romance Season Two · review
I immensely enjoyed the second season. It brought in new characters that were interesting and had some good twists to keep the plot lively. The music was still great, the animation was still good for me. Let me tell you, this show's ending is so worth the wait. I loved every second, and the music played during "the scene", as I'll call it to keep spoiler free, was phenomenal. There were some characters that unfortunately didn't get the happy ending they deserved, but such is life. I, however, didn't dislike these characters like I sometimes do when they get in the way of the main canonship. I actually found myself feeling a little down at their loss as they were just victims of unrequited love, something I know plenty about. So kuddos to the show for being realistic with love: people get hurt sometimes, not everyone can have it when they most want it.
This was a beautiful show, and I would fully recommend this hidden gem to romance lovers, as it is completely worth your time.
