Review of High School of the Dead

[No spoilers but bad language] In my opinion, Highschool of The Dead is a masterpiece of ignorance. The excessive fan service, the surrealism and antiphysics of many scenes, the typical butt-kicking protagonist who at the beginning of the anime is not successful with women, the protagonists who are the only smart ones while all the other people are dickheads (especially adults) ... all this bullshit that can be seen as mainstream or even in bad taste put together with a "Zombie and America" style plot, I consider it as superfine art, stuff that you have to put in effort to create it so well but seenonly by those who appreciate this style, while for most people this is garbage. Of course, I know that compared to true works of art in the Japanese animation industry, HotD is not of great beauty, but even if it will never be at the level of many anime, I consider it as one of those who at least once in the life must be seen.
