Review of School Days

Moral of the story: if you cheat, women are even more attracted to you. That is all. Well, not entirely, but I think this points out the absurdity at play throughout this series. It starts out friendly enough but then it quickly spirals out of control, in a way that didn't feel natural to me at all. The characters are mostly annoying, especially the main character. He tries to redeem himself at certain points, I guess to prevent him from seeming like a total monster. But really, the character personalities in this series are anything but subtle. This is a pretty iconic series, so you're probably going towatch this from the sheer hype around. For me personally, it did a go job of riling me up at the beginning, but it quickly becomes utterly silly. And I personally did not like the ending, as it reconfirmed my thoughts of the progress feeling totally unnatural.
