Review of Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day
Because of how absurd and ridiculous it was after finishing the series, I will keep this in point form. -Good music -Common Japanese setting with not-so-common story. Nothing too special as story unfolds. -Those in middle school or younger seem to be the target audience. With a mature brain, it's difficult to watch. But If you are easily moved, It could be a masterpiece. -Lack of character building and development. All characters seemed 'unfinished'.-The build-up towards the climax was dull.
-The way the lead characters showed an excessive obsession with one girl from childhood to high school felt strange and a little unsettling.
-Outdated masterpiece.
In conclusion, 6/10 - not enjoyable, waste of time.
Anime promoting Buddhist reincarnation.
