This anime tickled just the right spot. It's this perfect mix of 80s nostalgia with a pretty good story, great characters and just enough ridiculousness. The music is really fantastic especially the opening theme. I gave the story an 8 as it's good enough to keep one entertained and motivated to finish, but not absorbing enough that I had to drop everything and watch intently. Still, I found it unique and engaging. If it helps it is the first anime in a while I have found so enjoyable and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to bathe in nostalgia and get involvedin a romantic space odyssey.
