For something that was made in the 1960s, I would think that this was quite nicely done. It brought much nostalgia from my childhood, bringing back memories of 'action speaks louder than words' kind of animation that made anime easy for kids who might not have been able to understand language proficiently during that time to even understand and enjoy the wonders of anime. Story-wise, I do admit that it was a little lackluster, and the MC could have been a little less boring. The music that accompanied various scenes was all very to the point, however, and provided much enjoyment while watching the show. It wasa simple anime, and I would like viewers who want to give it a try to watch it with an open mind and to not expect too much from productions made more than fifty years ago.
