Review of Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion

I just finished my second run of Code Geass, and even after all these years, I am happy to know that it holds up, and surpasses alot of the new anime that people are talking about(and that is with "outdated animation") I was really looking forward to rewatch this anime. Code Geass is an anime that you will remember for all its highlight moment, so when i wached Gigguks video about it and he talked about the random pizza episodes, i was abit unsure if i would even enjoy it rewatching it. Luckly i found out, that the randomness that Gigguk talked about, is kindda wrong. Becausethe reason why you forget it, is that the creator have sneaked important plotpoint in, that drives the storie in unexpected direction. The Pizza episode is used to show the bonding of the character, therefore making stuff that happense later on hit even deeper that it otherwise would.

Code geass is a fantastic story with a strong main cast and character that you will love and hate. AND the best think about this, is that i DON`T like Mech-anime and i know that most people today don`t like mech either. So even doe i don`t like Mech anime, I still love this anime, because in the end it is the characters and the plot that carries a story. So do your self a favor, and give this anime a chance, even if you don`t like mechs. Because the Mechs kindda have a minor role, because the story is about tactic, and a hunger for revenge that will take you for a ride and leave you speechless in the end.

And the best part of it is that you will fully enjoy rewaching the series and I am sure it can be done multiple times.
