Review of Fire Force

Well David productions delivered once again. The animation is very good and pair that with excellent sound design and you have a recipe for a great show. But the problem with Fireforce is that the story is pretty dull and generic although the cool concept, and the characters are really nothing special. but they are funny and the main characters have good chemistry amongst them. It's just your run of the mill shounen is what i would describe this show as, but don't sleep on it because the animation, sound effects and the humor bind it togheter into a very enjoyable show. But keep in mind thatseason one only adapts up to around chapter 80 of the manga and season 2 up till chapter 170. so i would say it's too early to really bash the show for it's lack of depth in the characters and generic storytelling when the manga is as of now (2021) 280 chapters long and still releasing weekly.

I really hope this anime can redeem itself in later seasons because i see alot of potential.
