Review of Parasyte: The Maxim
It had amazing buildup and an great open ending. Another masterpiece from Madhouse. The buildup was perfectly flowing since the beginning, and didn't end at all during the story. The ending fit in extremely well, especially with the lessons and perspectives shown throughout the story, and the majority was meaningful. I can imagine being told to watch this during their extra time, with friends saying " Watch this for action, drama, perspective, and to delve into human subconscious" I'll miss this series. It's officially in my top 3 anime list. It had a great start, a tragic story, massive character-development, side plots for minor characters, and anamazingly-developed story that is touching as well as honest. I love this story not only for the Sci-Fi and idea of Parasites, but also for the hidden reasonings, lessons, and trials that were spread throughout.
