Actually, anime is primarily made for a Japanese audience. If a series reaches 293 episodes, it’s because it is successful and well-received in Japan. Many of the references in Naruto and Boruto come from traditional Japanese culture. While many people around the world watch and enjoy the story itself, the deeper “magic” often lies in cultural elements that only Japanese viewers or those familiar with Japanese culture can fully appreciate. What I mean is that the story is good, but it resonates more strongly with Japanese people, since audiences in other countries are used to different styles of comedy and drama in movies or TV shows.Because of this, international viewers might not fully understand or enjoy everything in the same way. In the end, it’s important to remember that the main reason anime becomes successful is the strong support from the Japanese audience, with some additional appreciation from Chinese and Korean audiences.
