Go! Go! Loser Ranger! Season 2 · review
Despite its fast pacing and backlash, I still liked this season. Go! Go! Loser Rangers Season 1 kinda bored me with its long-lasting training arc. But Season 2 went all out. The plot of this show always interested me. The idea of swapping the roles of monsters and rangers by giving them distinct personalities and perspectives was truly unique. It was engaging to go through Fighter D's journey and discover the truth behind the rangers. And this season added even more twists to that, which honestly felt kinda overwhelming, though. This season was mostly action-packed. The fights may not have been fascinating, but they were enjoyable in theirown way. I was engrossed in the show the whole time.
Despite that, I gotta admit they went a bit too far. The story progression was very fast. A lot of things weren’t explained properly, and some stuff just appeared out of nowhere without any lore or background tied to it.
It’s definitely not perfect, but if you enjoyed the concept or made it through Season 1, you might still find this season worth watching — just don’t expect everything to make sense.
