Review of Horimiya

--SPOILER FREE-- I never watch slice of life/romance anime, i thought they were tacky and trash, Just like Code Geuss changed my mind about Mecha, Horimiya changed my mind about Romance. Im gonna keep it short because long reviews are obnoxious. The Story is fine, its average, their arnt any profound life changing events that happen that will alter your perception of life, its based in reality, a guy who was socially isolated in middle school and had no friends has a chance encounter and begins to come out of his shell. Where this anime excels is in its Characters, everyone is interesting, everyone is human, everyonehas struggles and insecurities even the side characters, the interactions the Characters have and the situations they find themselves in are hilarious and heartwarming.

There arnt any cringe moments and for the most part there isnt any overly cliche tropes, i say overly because its impossible not to have any, the only this that some and i mean "Some" people mind find a little annoying is some very minor Tsundere Slapstick Violence from Hori, its definatly not on the level where its cringe worthy infact i thought it was funny.

In Short if you're not sure about the Anime and cant decide whether to watch it or not just watch it, im a pretty hard nut to crack and even i laughed more than once.
