I see people faulting the anime because it features "mechas and magic" in medieval times .. The story is still engaging with good action scenes and stellar animation good mix of bloodiness, romance, and adventure a good anime for mindless fun .. while it has some bushido codes of honor its not overly philosophical or slow paced a decent 8/10 show .. I found it very enjoyable and a stylish anime to pass the time with------
Sound 9: excellent op aswell , from Flying Lotus
Art 9: bloody swordplay scenes in 4k & magic fights in the astral plane
Character 6: while some were annoying and pointless , I did enjoy the main Yasuke
Enjoyment 10: Anime you can watch late night or early morning when you're just passing time
