Enjo Kouhai is about a world where humans help demihumans procreate. Our male main character is a high school teacher and through the government’s procreation assistance program gets assigned to one of his students. Of course, he’s quite the stud and the circle of demihumans to whom he is providing assistance quickly expands. This hentai anime is based on a manga with the same name, and while some content gets switched around a bit I still thought it was a pretty faithful adaptation. The episodes generally get to the action pretty fast, except when new characters get introduced. Frankly, I like it when a series takessome time to introduce characters both to each other and the viewer. On that note, despite the focus on “providing aid” to the girls, there’s actually a lot of decent dialogue and relationship building going on. I wouldn’t quite call it banter, but it’s close enough.

The scenes are all of good quality, with both a pleasant (if somewhat simple) art style and decent enough animation. Enjo Kouhai sports a wide variety of body types and sex positions despite staying almost completely vanilla. The girls are enthusiastic and at times very assertive. I have no complaints about the girls since they all feel different enough from one another. And while it did nothing for me, if you have a thing for the taboo of a teacher screwing his students, this will be right up your alley.

The VAs all did their work well both in the dialogue and H-scenes.

Overall, I consider it a solid vanilla series with nothing in particular to complain about. And there are plenty of episodes, too. It would have been nice if there was an uncensored version, but no such luck. I also recommend checking out the source material for those who enjoy reading manga.
