The plot in Pansy just seemed so different from every shoujo manga I have read. I don't exactly have the time right now to write a great, detailed review, but I'll say this: It was a lovely plot that allowed the characters to build their relationships in the fifty-four chapters of the story. Pansy, a girl with a free spirit, yet also a very gentle, selfless one, has been brought to Roland by a researcher named Mark after being found in Africa. From then on, she learns how to speak, and interact with others, and meets Edo. The only small detail I personallygot tired of was Pansy's carefree, happy personality, yet at the same time, I loved it because of the way she was portrayed. I'm not sure about anyone else, but this manga is definitely one of my favorites form now on. If you prefer older manga, with usually more original plots, rather than the typical girl falling in love with the badboy, enemy, or etc., or just are looking for a beautiful story, try this one, and it will be hard for one to have regrets.
