What if an alternative past meets with a now altered present? Story: 10 It's really hard to pick out anything from this story and say that is wrong. There's always something to happen, pretty much without any holes in it. The power system is logical and every power comes with a downside. The story always trying to explain itself and does it really well. It has basically two planes which are both confused and determined at the same time. Characters: 10 There are literally no useless or abandoned characters here. Everyone have a meaning related to the story. Art: 9 For its age, the art is a pleasure to the eyes. There are some weaker panels, but when it really counts, the artist doesn't spare the ink to tell the reader what they want to tell to them.
