Tbh the only reason I picked this up was cause I wanted to read something freaky. But it was such a let down. The main plot is Eunwoo needs a job because his video stuff isn't working out so he applies to a new magic store in town. Little did he know it was an adult toy store. Sound like a fun time right? Wrong, this is yaoi so of course there has to be SA. I kid you not Eunwoo got SA'd 4 times by different people and it gets better, he somehow makes friends with all his abusers. Are you serious?? It isso weird, he just acts like its ha ha funny misunderstanding and then just goes on with his life… This story does get one thing right Arte the main love interest does always ask for consent and saves Eunwoo from the SA. The main relationship is fine, they just feel very bland. The main conflict of Artes brother is really boring and resolves too quickly. And for owning an adult toy store, the two are SO BLAND, the only freaky stuff that happens is when Eunwoo gets SA'd THIS NOT COOL OR SEXY.
For the second relationship I find them more interesting and it really shows us Leo's trauma. However, it's a little confusing and very rushed. But I do think they make an adorable pair, plus they help Leo grow as a character unlike the main characters who don't do shit.
Now the main problem with this story is how it portrays Eunwoo. I think it is revolting. First of all they draw him to look a lot younger then he is... gross. Plus, they treat him like a naive kid…. weirdo's. Then he has two traits that are super annoying. That he's ugly and useless. This comes up every chapter. He's not ugly, and he's fine at his job. Leo's just an asshole to him. I can not recommend this story its such a time waster and also makes me want to stab my eyes out.
I'd recommend 'Its Just a Dream... Right?!" if you want freaky smut or "Welcome to the Cafe of Love" for magical creature
